I wasn't sure how this was going to make me feel when I first started listening, having lost my Mum in the last two years, but I'm so glad I tuned in.
It's made me cry, laugh, and also, really importantly, feel more comfortable opening up about my emotions to regards to my Mum and also more recently, my Dad's terminal illness.
It makes me feel a little less alone, and a bit more 'normal' - some people find it so strange that I can remember my Mum wasn't always the perfect person but these girls totally get it.
